Crosstalk Partners support
Support for booked Crosstalk sessions.
Crosstalk Partners is an 18+ English-Spanish marketplace built around booked video sessions, reliability, feedback, reporting, and blocking. Support should help resolve those workflows without collecting secrets or unrelated personal data.
Booking and session help
Use support for booking requests, availability issues, cancellations, video-room access, reminder delivery, attendance classification, reliability corrections, or feedback problems.
Safety reports
Use the in-product report and block actions when another member is unsafe, abusive, sexual, hateful, spammy, impersonating someone, or trying to move around platform controls.
Closed-alpha response expectations
During closed alpha, use the support channel provided with your invitation or reply to your invite email. Safety reports are prioritized ahead of general product questions when possible.
Emergency limits
Crosstalk Partners support is not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.
